Sports Performance

Freak Performance is CrossFit 417’s sports performance program designed for middle school, high school, collegiate and professional athletes. Athletes will receive a personalized workout plan consisting of 2-4 workouts per week structured for a specific sport or sports and modified depending on the athletes’ needs. The first session is reserved for testing the athlete and an appointment is required. Any injury or area of weakness will be addressed in the first assessment.  After the initial assessment, the athlete will come in during Sports Performance sessions and do their assigned workout. Experienced coaches will supervise all sessions. Athletes will workout in a group setting, typically consisting of 6-10 athletes per session.

Athletes will focus on:

  • Olympic lifts (clean + jerk, snatch, etc.)
  • Speed development
  • Agility training
  • Plyometrics
  • Injury prevention
  • Sport specific movements

Team Sessions are also available for teams of at least 8 athletes. All team athletes will do the same workout together and separate scheduling is available. Please call to set this up.

Personal training is also available for individual athletes or for groups of 2 or 3 at one time. These sessions are by appointment only.

Combine Preparation is also available!!!
