Foundations

The Foundations program provides specific instruction on CrossFit exercises and is highly encouraged for anyone new to CrossFit or anyone that needs to better learn the basic functional CrossFit movements.  The Foundations program is made up of 4 personal training sessions and includes 1 month of unlimited CrossFit classes.

Personal training sessions are scheduled individually. Discounts are available for a couple.
